   Seta Manoukian

Art and Spirituality

Looking for transcendence through her own art, Seta Manoukian turned to meditation and Dharma studies. This search brought her to a monastery in Sri Lanka, where she was ordained as a Buddhist nun in 2005.
In 2007 Lama Chodak Gyatso Nubpa, from the Longchen Nyingthig lineage of the Nyigma school of Tibetan Buddhism, became her teacher. He gave her the name Ani Padma Tsult'hrim Drolma.

All her paintings belong to her sister Aline Manoukian.
